The Rooster

"The Rooster" is a virtual reality game in which the player takes the perspective of a rooster. The task is to wake up the villagers by shouting loudly like a rooster. The shouting into the physical space is visually represented in the virtual space by outflowing particles. These can be used to hit the windows of the houses, which provide visual as well as auditory feedback. The goal is to wake up as many villagers as possible before the sun rises. The game lets the person take the perspective of the rooster and mixes the physical space with the virtual one, through an interaction that is audible in one space and visible in the other.
